I usually hate fish and chips due to the places I had bought them from… soggy and absolutely horrid. However, I came to Cod Down Chippy to try out their food as I heard they were really good and affordable.. they were not wrong ! I have never seen such a clean take away restaurant! The owner was absolutely so wonderful and the dish was so delicious I still can’t stop thinking about it to this day. I truly believe the owner is a secret master chef. He has his own recipe and it’s finger licking good!! Absolutely wonderful , family friendly atmosphere . I recommend yoh to try it!!! It’s so delicious and the fish was so crispy and so tasty my goodness!!! 10/10
